These transparent plastic fish heads slip easily over the hook eye after completing the fly/lure.  The easiest and quickest way I have found in securing them is with Uv gel.   There is no mess and sets quickly.   (Be sure to place some gel on either side of the opening to ensure no water can enter by the side of the hook head).   These are available in 6 and 8mm sizes.  Sold in pkts of 10.
